Cancellations
Your Spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! Please extend the courtesy of notifying us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation without proper notification will be subject to a 50% surcharge.

Payment
Major credit cards, checks and cash accepted.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we may receive and acquaint you with our facility. Late arrivals will result in lost treatment time. As a courtesy to all our guests, all treatments will end at the scheduled time.
